Elk Hunting!
We want every hunt we sell to be a success. Many
hunters tell us when I
get my Elk; I’ll buy a Caribou
hunt! Bill
would say there is nothing more
exciting than hunting Elk during
the rut with a bow. The problem with Elk
hunting is that
there are too many hunters. You buy a wilderness pack
in
and you don’t see Elk you see several camps of other
hunters that have
been packed in. If you buy a reasonable
priced hunt the success rate
falls the outfitter will tell
you your timing is off the weather did not push
the Elk down. Or
you must hunt at a very high elevation and you must be
in GREAT
shape! Bottom
line unless you’re willing to spend $8,000
to $9,000 you
more then likely will come home empty handed.
If you’re
willing to spend the money we will be able to put you with
an
outfitter that your success rate will climb to near 100% on 6
x 6 bulls
scoring 330 and up.
We feel you have three ways
to go when buying a Elk hunt.
1. We
have a low cost hunt with a very, good outfitter in
Co.
If
you are in good shape this is a GREAT HUNT.
Price
$3,300 license not included.
2. Buy a hunt
in New Mexico on private land bulls scoring
330 and up!
3. Drawing
a hard to draw license. When Bill is busy he
uses
